Recently certified as a B-Corp, we take pride in our commitment to reaching the highest level of social and environmental responsibility. Not only does that include the products and services we provide to you, but also within the culture at our own HQ 🏨

Let’s have a nosey at life inside the HQ and the planet-first decisions we’re making daily.

An eco-conscious HQ 

Having doubled heads in 2022, there are plenty of new faces at Plank. That means many more employees to keep happy, and a responsibility to create an in-office environment that helps the planet 🌏

Our daily operations at Plank HQ are a very small proportion of our overall carbon footprint. However, as we scale, we’ll be taking measures to keep it that way. This means operating on a green energy tariff and using our dedicated bins for organic waste and recycled materials ♻

The majority of our team live close to our East London HQ, meaning over 90% of us commute by foot, bike or public transport. We're also permitted to work from home two days a week, helping with that all-important work-life balance and keeping travel to a minimum.
